Returns & refunds

Eligible return requests can be started within 30 days of delivery. Contact support before mailing anything back so the correct instructions and return address can be provided.

Jewelry preorder terms

Production: 15–30 calendar days. Estimated arrival: 25–45 calendar days after order confirmation and lock, including production and shipping. Payment alone does not start this period.

Once locked, change-of-mind cancellations and returns for jewelry are not accepted. Contact support for defects, incorrect items or delivery problems. Other items in your order retain their own return terms.

30-day request window

Submit the request within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.

Original condition

Eligible products must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

Refund to original method

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method after inspection.

How to request a return

    Send the order details

    Use the support form and include the order number, email address and reason for return.

    Wait for instructions

    AODHY reviews eligibility and provides the applicable return address and mailing instructions.

    Ship and keep the receipt

    Pack the item securely and retain the carrier receipt and tracking number until the case is complete.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer support with your order number before sending an item back. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after the request is reviewed.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Opened fragrance, used jewelry, damaged goods, and final-sale items are not eligible unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. No restocking fee is charged.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was defective or incorrect. Bank and card processing times vary after a refund is submitted.
